‘Life after PSL’: Ex-Orlando Pirates star living it up in Ghana [photos]

Former Orlando Pirates and SuperSport United Kudakwashe Mahachi is living it up in Ghana after joining Ghanaian Champions Medeama SC on a one-year contract.

It took Kudakwashe Mahachi more than 18 months to find a club after being released by SuperSport United in the backdrop of his attempted murder and abuse allegations back home in Zimbabwe.

KUDAKWASHE MAHACHI LIVING IT UP IN GHANA

The star was later acquitted, but the charges had already taken a toll on his career. After 18 months off the pitch, he was signed by Ghanaian Champions Medeama ahead of the 2023-2024 season.

He has since joined the and is enjoying his stay in Ghana and has been letting his fans sneak into his private life he has kept under wraps.

The former Orlando Pirates talisman has been sharing his new experiences on social media and enjoying his new life in Ghana.

Mahachi recently shared some of his pictures at an establishment in Ghana. Also, taking it to Instagram, he shared a video in the streets of Ghana enjoying one of the annual road festivals in the country.

The festival spans for days, and in most cases, Ghanaians flock to the roads, dancing to music while showcasing some of their epic sense of fashion. No doubt, the viral video has since flooded social media.

CAREER IN SA

Since 2022, Kudakwashe Mahachi hasn’t played any competitive club football. After being acquitted, he repeatedly tried his luck with Maritzburg but failed to impress. However, he has joined the reigning Ghanaian champions on a one-year contract.
