American rapper and producer Swizz Beatz is speaking out about his wife Alicia Keys’ performance with Usher Raymond during the 2024 Super Bowl half-time performance on Sunday, 11 February.

SWIZZ BEATZ SETS THE RECORD STRAIGHT

In response to Usher’s highly anticipated Super Bowl performance, many fans were enraged when they saw the Confessions singer was seen grabbing Alicia Keys from behind while duetting during his 2024 Super Bowl half-time show performance.

While fans may have accused Usher of being too “touchy”, Swizz Beatz told fans to stop worrying about the “wrong damn thing”.

“Y’all talking about the wrong damn thing !!! y’all don’t see that amazing dress covering the entire stadium”, Swizz Beatz shared in a post to Instagram.

He continued: “Tonight’s performance was nothing but amazing with 2 amazing Giants! Congrats @usher and my love @aliciakeys that song is a classic 🤍 We don’t do negative vibes on this side we make history.”

A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

During his half-time show, Usher performed a plethora of songs from his extensive music catalogue, which consisted of songs like Caught Up, U Don’t Have to Call, Superstar and Love in this Club before performing his duet with R&B singer Alicia Keys.

Alicia and Usher formed If I Ain’t Got You and My Boo.

Alicia’s duet with Usher was followed up with a cameo from Jermaine Dupri, who commemorated the 20th anniversary of Usher’s iconic album Confessions.

The Caught Up singer also performed with the likes of  H.E.R, WILL.I.AM, Lil Jon and Ludacris.
