Get ready for a fresh face in the DC universe, as House of the Dragon star Milly Alcock dons the iconic cape to become the new Supergirl.

MILLY ALCOCK IS SUPERGIRL

Following Sasha Callie’s stint in The Flash, Alcock is set to make her debut in next year’s blockbuster, Superman: Legacy.

In an exciting announcement on social media, DC Studios co-head James Gunn confirmed Alcock’s entry into the superhero realm. He welcomed her with open arms according to EntertainmentWeekly.

MILLY ALCOCK: GIRL ON FIRE

Alcock, known for her breakout role in House of the Dragon, takes on the mantle of Supergirl alongside Hollywood heavyweights David Corenswet, Rachel Brosnahan, and Nicholas Hoult, who will portray Superman, Lois Lane, and Lex Luthor, respectively.

But that’s not all; Alcock is set to headline her own Supergirl movie, Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, based on Tom King’s acclaimed comics series.
