Lori Harvey and Damson Idris have called it quits! After one year of dating the couple announced on Tuesday, 7 November that they will be going their separate ways.

‘NOTHING BUT LOVE’
In a joint statement to the Hollywood Reporter Lori and Damson mentioned that despite parting ways as couple, they will remain friends.
“We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication. We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together”, they shared.
The actor and model sparked dating rumours in December last year when they were spotted leaving a restaurant together in West Hollywood.

TWEEPS REACT TO LORI HARVEY AND DAMSON IDRIS’ SPLIT
Lori and Damson’s split has ruffled some feathers on social media, particularly on Twitter. People are specifically dragging and blaming Lori for her failed relationship with Damson.
One user alluded that Lori is broken and trying to fill a void.
“Lori Harvey can’t be getting away with this, she’s broken, trying to fill a void. There has to be something going on psychologically”, the commented.
Now it’s no secret that Lori is known for exploring the dating field, it is however ironic how some men are crucifying her for dating, when many of them do the exact same thing.
Another user pointed out the double standards that are imposed on men and women who multi-date.
“If Lori Harvey was a man she’d be getting praised. The double standards are real”, she said.
Another commented: “You grandmas will tell us young girls to ‘date around whilst we’re still young’, but when we do it y’all are saying you’re tired? Lori Harvey is literally dating around and minds her business.
