One month after giving birth to her son Rocky Thirteen, reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian is slowly getting her body back in shape.

‘BE KIND TO YOURSELF’
Kourtney Kardashian took to her Instagram Story on Saturday, 23 December, sharing a video of herself on the treadmill.
In the post, the Poosh founder noted that being a mother is the most important job in the world. Kourtney further opened up about her breast feeding journey as a new mom.
“Doing the most important job in the world … being a mommy. Keeping my baby alive, on demand breast-feeding means keeping calories high with lots of nourishing foods”, she captioned her Instagram Story.
Kourtney also noted how she’s slowly getting back into shape with uphill walks on the treadmill.
“Taking time to slowly ease back into some uphill walks on the treadmill when I can sneak them in, along with my walks outside [pushing with Rocky] in the stroller”, the mom of four shared.
She ended her post with: “Be kind to yourself ❤️”.

KOURTNEY AND TRAVIS SHARE FIRST PICTURE OF THEIR SON ROCKY
Kourtney Kardashian’s post comes a few hours after she shared the first pictures of her son, Rocky Thirteen who she shares with her husband Travis Barker.
The reality TV star shared a slide show of herself together with her son and husband. One picture sees Kourtney breastfeeding her son, while another photograph showed the tattooed rockstar giving his son, Rocky a big kiss.

Kourtney and Travis’ son Rocky Thirteen Barker was born on the 1 November 2023 at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
