‘I’ll be as big as AKA’: Emtee’s claim divides Mzansi

South African rapper Emtee has issued a controversial claim that he will be as big as AKA one day.

Emtee is one of the country’s finest rappers, and many fans believe he is the next big name in SA hip-hop.

On the other hand, AKA was arguably the best rapper in South Africa alongside Casper Nyovest.

The two stars had been at the top for a long time, and Emtee saw himself at the top one day.

This claim has divided South Africa; some claim that he will be like AKA, and some believe he can’t reach that level.

Sharing on his Twitter, Emtee opened up on his dream, saying:

AKA’S LEGACY

Upon his death, AKA was one of the most decorated Hip hop artists in South Africa.

He had several hits that Mzansi loved and he won over twenty awards in his short career.

As compared to AKA, Emtee has a promising career, and his awards cabinet is not as far away from AKA.

He has eight awards to his belt at only thirty years old.
