Social media was set abuzz after photos of a sleek McLaren 675LT made rounds on Instagram.
No doubt, the photos of the car have gained thousands of comments and reactions since they dropped on the internet.
ONE OF THE 500 EVER-MADE MCLAREN 675LTS SPOTTED IN SA
Taking to Instagram, popular car spotter RTM Supercars South Africa posted photos of the car and captioned them, “DELTA RED 675LT. This McLaren 675LT was the first example to reach our shores and is one of the least-seen examples in the country…The question is, would you take this or a 765LT?”
RTM Supercars South Africa added, “It’s one of our favourite cars ever made and undoubtedly one of the best driver cars of all time.”
The car is one of the few that call South Africa home. Rumour mill has it that the Delta Red McLaren 675LT is arguably one of the first 675LTs to make their way to South Africa.
Against the post, petrolheads quickly flooded the comments section with their two cents. Some gave the McLaren 675LT a nod, while others were quick to implicate its price tag into the mix.
No doubt the car costs a fortune due to its exclusivity. How much is a McLaren 675LT in South Africa? There are only two McLaren 675LTs on the market in South Africa. However, their prices are unknown since they are sold on a price-on-a-request basis.
A 2016 Coupe has a base price tag of R5 million in several dealerships dotted around the globe. However, prices of rare exotic cars have ballooned over the years due to the year of manufacture, trims and model.
