Elon Musk says doughnuts are part of his morning diet

South African-born billionaire, Elon Musk, who once stated that he would prefer to “eat delicious cuisine and live a shorter life,” has kept his promise and stated that he takes pleasure in a morning doughnut every day.

Everyone knows that breakfast is regarded as the most significant meal of the day, and many individuals attribute some of their success to eating a balanced, nutritious diet for fuel.

Elon Musk, a successful entrepreneur, does not appear to care about his health that much. This is because in reaction to Dr. Peter Diamandis’ recent claim that “Sugar is poison,” he just disclosed his morning diet.

In response to a tweet from physician and CEO of the non-profit organisation XPRIZE Peter Diamandis, the CEO of Twitter, admitted to having a sweet tooth.

Then Elon Musk responded:

“I eat a donut every morning. Still alive.”

One Twitter user said they agree with Elon Musk. No one should fear sugar. When anything is described as poison, it is the same as saying that water is poison because excessive amounts can cause drowning, while moderate amounts are quite safe. Water is not poison, and neither is sugar.

The conversation provided a glimpse into the creator of SpaceX’s way of life, who became the target of online body shaming when a shirtless photo of him on a boat with talent agency head Ari Emmanuel went viral.

Elon Musk’s daily doughnut practice is consistent with what he said about diet and health before.
