‘R2k to see the African Giant’ – Burna Boy set to fill up FNB stadium

Nigerian megastar Burna Boy the ‘African Giant’, is returning to South Africa and is set to perform at the FNB Stadium on 23 September.

Nigerian superstar Burna Boy is returning to South Africa and will perform at the First National Bank (FNB) stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa, in September.

Ticket provider Ticketpro has since revealed that the Afro Beats megastar is set to perform on 23 September this year.

BURNA BOY SET TO FILL UP FNB STADIUM

The ticket provider revealed that his visit to South Africa will be the kickoff show for the Burna Boy After Tour. However, in the backdrop of the news, Burna Boy is yet to confirm the news of his return to South Africa.

No doubt, the news of his return to Mzansi has since set social media abuzz. Some South Africans seem to have not yet set their differences aside, with the star who once vowed not to come to South Africa after his Twitter war with the late AKA in 2019.

And years later, South Africans are yet to forgive the star who has been having his fair share of fame thanks to his hits like ‘Last Last.’

However, the least-priced ticket for his show is priced at R750, and the most expensive ticket is R2 020. South Africans have been laughing off the pricing of the tickets as unheard of.

Currently, little is known if the show will be a one-man show or if there will be supporting acts.

RETURNING TO MZANSI

This will be his second visit to South Africa, a year after headlining last year’s Delicious Festival.

He gave a star performance to thousands of spectators who flocked to Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit in Midrand to see the Nigerian-born Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu.
