‘The women behind our Boks’: Springboks WAGS link up in Paris

The Springboks WAGS (wives and girlfriends) were praised by rugby fans after they were spotted together ahead of the semi-finals.

Chesline Kolbe’s wife, Layla took to her Instagram page on Tuesday, 17 October, and posted photos posing alongside some of the Springboks WAGS (wives and girlfriends) which had her social media followers and rugby fans in admiration.

Chesline Kolbe’s wife, Kayla had her Instagram page buzzing after she posted a series of photos with the Springboks WAGS. The ladies were photographed in Paris where the South African national rugby team has been playing in the 2023 Rugby World Cup. The Springboks recently entered the semi-finals stages after they beat France 28:29 on Sunday, 15 October on their home ground, knocking them out of the 2023 Rugby World Cup tournament.

In the posted photos, the gorgeous Springboks WAGS can be seen posing in their green and gold rugby jerseys with their kids. Layla also posted a photo standing at a rugby stadium in Paris and another from inside the Springboks travelling bus.

The Springboks will be going head-to-head against England on Saturday, 21 October in the semi-final tournament. And, coach Jacques Nienaber has already named the players that will be playing in the game. Siya Kolisi, Eben Etzebeth, Manie Libbok, Steven Kitshoff, Frans Malherbe, Bongi Mbonambi, Damian de Allende, Jesse Kriel, Manie Libbok, Cobus Reinach, Cheslin Kolbe, Kurt-Lee Arendse, Damian Willemse, Franco Mostert, Pieter-Steph du Toit, and Duane Vermeulen will all be playing on Saturday.

“This may not have much significance, but the fact remains that these players have been here before, and they know what it will take to defeat a top-quality team such as England,” SA Rugby quoted Nienaber as saying.
