It was a moment of immense pride and joy when South African-born singer Keshia Paulse belted out the national anthem for her home country in the Springboks vs All Blacks Rugby Championships match.

Despite now living in New Zealand, the ex-pat wore her heart on her sleeve during the performance.

The match – won by the All Blacks 35- 20 – was played at the Mount Smart Stadium in Auckland on Saturday, 15 July.

SPRINGBOK’S NATIONAL ANTHEM SINGER HAS CROWD MOVED TO TEARS

While many South Africans wept at the loss of the Springboks to All Blacks, it was tears of joy during the performance of the national anthem.

Sung by Keshia Paulse, the crowd was moved to tears by her passion and talent.

And even Boks captain Eben Ezebeth – who tragically lost his father earlier this week – was also visibly emotional.
