‘Best daddies’: Kairo to Murdah, AKA’s brother on Father’s Day
This was Kairo Forbes’ first Father’s Day without her dad AKA and she penned a sweet tribute to Murdah Bongz and AKA’s brother.

Kairo Forbes, the daughter of South African DJ Ntombezinhle Jiyane, popularly known as DJ Zinhle, and slain rapper Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, popularly known as AKA, penned a sweet Father’s Day message to her dad, as well as “step dad” Murdah Bongz and AKA’s brother Steffan Forbes.

KAIRO FORBES SWEET FATHER’S DAY POST
Seven-year-old Kairo Forbes celebrated her first Father’s Day without her dad – slain rapper AKA. AKA was shot dead outside of Wish Restaurant on Florida Road, Durban on 10 February. Taking to Instagram, Kairo dedicated a sweet post to all her “daddys”. Kairo’s Instagram account, where she has a whopping 1.3 million followers, is believed to be run by AKA’s mom Lynn “Glammy” Forbes.

She started by acknowledging that she celebrates AKA everyday. Kairo then thanked her mom DJ Zinhle for “making it possible” for her to have the best time with some of her “daddys”. This included DJ Zinhle’s soon-to-be husband Murdah Bongz and AKA’s brother Steffan Forbes. Take a look…

DJ ZINHLE’S FATHER’S DAY POST TO MURDAH BONGZ
This comes after DJ Zinhle took to her Instagram feed, where she has a whopping 5.2 million followers to share a heartfelt Father’s Day post to her husband-to-be Murdah Bongz on Sunday 18 June. The Umlilo hitmaker shared an Instagram Reel showing videos of Murdah caring for their one-year-old baby Asante Mohosana as well as Kairo.
