Cassper Nyovest may have a fleet of supercars – including the latest McLaren – but none actually belong to him, claims entertainment commentator Nota Baloyi.

The damning claim was made by the podcaster who alleges that the rapper actually hires his cars and does not own them.

This after Cassper Nyovest showed off R5 million McLaren as a “birthday gift” to himself this week.

NOTA CLAIMS MCLAREN IS JUST AN ENDORSEMENT

Speaking on his Everything SA Music TV podcast, Nota Baloyi stated that Cassper Nyovest was endorsing McLaren who had “loaned” him the vehicle for a short period of time

Once that time was up, Cassper was obligated to return the luxury car, claims Nota.

He added: “At the end of the day Cassper is a type of a guy who rents a Rolls Royce for a month just to show off with it you know what I mean.”

Nota also claims that the dealership Cass bought his car from; Daytona Motors also works with stars and influencers like Black Coffee and Euphonik amongst others.

To add insult to injury Nota, added that Cassper Nyovest could “not afford” to buy himself a McLaren which can cost upwards of R5 million.

CASSPER CLAPS BACK

Cassper Nyovest did not take Nota Baloyi’s insulting comments lying down.

The Good For That hitmaker clapped back at Twitter. Responding to a fan who asked if he owned his car, Cassper sarcastically responded: “Rumor also has it that I’m broke, I’m falling off, i don’t own my house which I keep breaking and extending.

“I keep reading sh** I didn’t even know about myself. If anything, this just shows me how unheard of and unbelievable what I’m doing is. They think it’s impossible! Crazy”.

Cassper – who will fight YouTuber SlikTalk on Wednesday –  also revealed that Nota was “afraid” to take him on in a wrestling match.

He tweeted: “Nota don’t have the balls to step in the ring with me. He knows I would break his ribs. Even the other day at Zone 6, soon as he saw me, he disappeared.  I would love to see him in the ring man to man but he would rather tweet and count my money so it is what it is”.
