BI Phakathi mum on allegations his X account has been hacked
A number of netizens are expecting confirmation from BI Phakathi about the activity on his X account as many believe it has been hacked.

Social media users are still not convinced that well-known philanthropist BI Phakathi’s X account has not been hacked.

CONFUSION OVER BI PHAKATHI’S X ACCOUNT
This comes after Phakathi – known as South Africa’s guardian angel – posted on the social media platform that he was broke and needed prayers.
“This assignment is bigger than me. Right now, I am broke I have used all resources to spread the good news and fight poverty. Please pray for me if you can,” Phakathi wrote.
His post, which garnered great engagement, led to fans donating money to his foundation. This, however, soon raised eyebrows for many as it was only on his X account that he had pleaded for prayers – on his Instagram and Facebook accounts, it was business as usual.

‘I AM NOT ASKING FOR DONATIONS’
In response, Phakathi wrote: “For clarity I asked for prayers the work is too big to handle for one man. I AM NOT ASKING FOR DONATIONS but prayer to get things into shape I am good this love you showing is a blessing.”
But, this was not convincing for some netizens as they needed the same message to be posted on all his platforms.

He further posted a video of himself assisting a man on the street, labelling it an “X exclusive”.
“Exclusive for my BI Phakathi twitter family, I appreciate the love you are showing to me, I only post this video for you not posted on facebook, the work is bigger than one man I am humbled by the love you are showing. Let the poor be taken care of and lets fight poverty together.”

However, this raised more red flags.
The South African website reached out to BI Phakathi for a comment, however no response had been received at the time of publishing.
