Young Stunna to release new single ‘uNONKOSI’ from his new album

Sandile Msimango, famously known as ‘Young Stunna’, is set to release his new single ‘uNONKOSI’ this August. Not only will the artist release a single, but his 2nd album as well. He set the bar with his 1^st album, so twice as lucky?

GOING BACK TO THE ROOTS: NEW SINGLE, NEW ALBUM

Young Stunna announced the release of his 2^nd album on his Instagram. This was accompanied by his appreciation for the people who made it all possible. He went on to mention how much of a blessing DJ and producer Kabza De Small is to him for not only introducing him to the industry but also believing in his dream. “I love music with all my heart, and I met someone who puts his heart into it. Kabza De Small is the biggest blessing in my life, I don’t wanna lie, taught me a lot, and that’s why I’m still taking care of this gift, the right way”, Young Stunna shared. The artist also touched on the vital role DJ and producer, DJ Maphorisa and others played in his music career too. 

He referred to Kabza De Small as ‘pops’ and to DJ Maphorisa as ‘uncle’, symbolising the amount of respect he has for the producers and their contribution to his success.

Young Stunna has managed to capture the hearts of South Africans through his infectious vibe and style of music. Through his performances and dedication to his craft, he’s proven that hard work, passion, and drive can yield amazing results. Some of his singles that have captured many hearts (nationally and internationally) include ‘Adiwele’ and ‘Sithi Shwi’. He’s also featured on mega hits ‘Sete’ and ‘uMlando’, to name a few.

His new single ‘uNONKOSI’ is set to release on the 18^th of August 2023.
