You can collect your SASSA children’s grants for NOVEMBER 2023 from TODAY. This comes after the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) released the payment schedule for the 2023/24 financial year. The first week of the month is reserved for elderly, child, and disability grant payments.  After that, it is Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant recipients, and all other grants are paid out. All other beneficiaries can still collect at South African Post Office branches except for the SRD recipients. Meanwhile, the R350 Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant has been extended for another year. During his speech, Godongwana said in the current financial year, spending has been revised down by R21 billion. Further reductions of R64 billion in 2024/25 and R69 billion in 2025/26.
