The South African Weather Service (SAWS) says heavy and disruptive rain can be expected along the KwaZulu-Natal coast and its adjacent interior, particularly the southern coast. The weather service has issued an orange level 6 warning for disruptive rain which is valid for Monday, 16 October 2023. The weather service said scattered to widespread showers and thundershowers are expected over KwaZulu-Natal.
