After a brief international break, the DStv Premiership returns to action this weekend, although Mamelodi Sundowns aren’t in action until next Tuesday, 4 April. As it stands, Sundowns are the runaway leaders on 59 log points, while second-placed SuperSport United are as many as 20 points behind them. 

It’s all just semantics, though, as no one is going to catch Sundowns – although it would truly be an unconventional finish to the title race if SuperSport don’t win this weekend, leaving Sundowns to pop the champagne before even returning to league action next week.
