A total of 1387 undocumented immigrants were deported in the past three days following joint Cross-border operations this week. Provincial Police spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba confirmed that police in Limpopo deported one thousand three hundred and eighty-seven (1387) undocumented immigrants. He also confirmed the arrest of 50 suspects for various offences that included selling liquor without a license, assault GBH, harbouring of undocumented persons and Contravention of Immigration Act during the joint Cross-Alive Road Safety (cross-border) Operations that were conducted between Monday, 31 July and Wednesday, 2 August 2023 in  the Musina Policing precinct and Beitbridge Border Post in Vhembe District in Limpopo Province.
