Kaizer Chiefs boss Molefi Ntseki has lashed out at critics in Mzansi, suggesting he is treated unfairly as some people declare locals useless even if before they’re born.

Ntseki says he is judged or declared useless as a Chiefs boss even if it’s still early days in his new coaching job at Naturena, he said per Independent Media.

Fresh from a draw against Chippa United, a loss to Mamelodi Sundowns, and a victory over Cape Town City, Ntseki is aware Chiefs must head to Mbombela Stadium chasing nothing but the full three points.

“I was the head of technical of the club (for two seasons), and reports were presented and we realised there were certain areas we needed to work on,” said the Chiefs coach, Ntseki.

“As for the public and anybody who had questions about me, I have said that in South Africa you are declared useless before you are even born.

“It’s a process we need to understand. When you are carried for nine months, there is respect and belief that whoever is going to be born on this earth will have a big contribution to make.”

While he has served as head of technical at Chiefs for the past two years, the former Bafana Bafana coach, Ntseki is confident he is man enough to hold the Chiefs coaching reigns.

CHIEFS BOSS NTSEKI ON BEING DECLARED USELESS FOR BEFORE YOU’RE BORN

Despite the loss to Sundowns, one could say Chiefs have not had a bad start in the 2023/24 season but they will definitely be judged on Sunday.

The likes of new recruits such as Ranga Chivaviro, Edson Castillo, and Mduduzi Mdantsane will be in the spotlight as they will spearhead Chiefs attack.

“The good thing about me being part for the past two years is that we did a squad audit, and we came up with a plan to say we must have a squad balance,” Ntseki added.
