Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua is on says promoter
Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua is on according to promoter Eddie Hearn who revealed that the two camps had agreed to two fights in principle.

Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn has promised not one Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua fight in 2021 but two.
Hearn told SkySports News that the Fury and Joshua camps had agreed in principle to two fights in 2021.

After Fury’s knockout victory over Deontay Wilder earlier this year, boxing fans and pundits have been eagerly awaiting the announcement.
The Gypsy King might have to overcome Wilder again if he is to carry the WBC and lineal Heavyweight championship belts into the Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua blockbuster.
“It’s fair to say [Joshua and Fury] are in agreement regarding the financial terms of the fight,” Hearn said. “We’ve been talking to [Fury’s management team] MTK, giving them the assurances from Joshua’s side that all the details on the structure of the deal is approved from our side. And it is from Fury’s side, as well.
“We’re in a good place. It’s fair to say that, in principle, both guys have agreed to that fight. Two fights.”
Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua has to wait
Joshua had been scheduled to defend the WBO, WBA and IBF Heavyweight Championships against two-time European Heavyweight Champion Kubrat Pulev. That fight slated to take place in July has been postponed.
If Joshua and Fury can hold onto their titles, it would set the stage for an enormous unification bout.
Hearn said that the first bout in their two-fight series could take place in June or July 2020 but added that there are no signed contracts at this time.
Injury concerns
Joshua was photographed at a Black Lives Matter protest in Watford with his knee in a brace, and his promoter confirmed that the boxer injured his knee but remained on course for the fight against Pulev later this year.
“Anthony felt a slight twinge in his knee while training,” a spokesperson for Joshua said.
“The brace is a precautionary measure on the advice of physios.
“It will be further checked by his doctors, but there is no immediate concern.
Fury’s promoter Frank Warren has previously claimed that Joshua didn’t want to fight the Lineal Heavyweight Champion.
It is rumoured that the fight could take place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or another middle-eastern state.
“Look we’ve got no problem with it,” Warren said on Good Morning Britain.
“We’ve signed an NDA with a country that are hopefully about to make the fight happen.
“I don’t think the other side want it. I’ve got a feeling in my bones that they do not want the fight.”
