18-year-old Tumelo Shai will be desperate to impress this season if and when he gets first-team opportunities. He, along with Mfundo Obrigado Vilakazi and Takalani Mazhamba, are the teenagers currently pushing for game time with the senior stars. He is a full Lesotho international.

Mfundo Vilakazi, who we will discuss in more detail shortly, is a player who excites all Amakhosi fans. There are also several teenage stars on the verge of breakthroughs, namely Tumelo Shai and Takalani Mazhamba. They may not make a big impact right now, but patience is a virtue. There’s also the youngster signed from Tika Taka Sports Academy, 18-year-old attacker Kamogelo Malefo, who bagged 16 goals and supplied 18 assists in 18 games last season.
