Molefi Ntseki has been under immense pressure for the club’s underwhelming results so far this season.

Kaizer Chiefs players need to take responsibility – Teko

“It was a corner-kick for Kaizer Chiefs, the score is 1-1 and this has got nothing to do with the coach, I think at times we put so much in the coaching staff, I think the players need to take responsibility.” Modise said on The Pitchside Podcast YouTube Channel as quoted by SoccerLaduma.

“In a game, when we played, we always used to look at the clock, we always wanted to know what time is it, because then based on the clock we know how to play.

“You look at the time Chiefs conceded (the second goal), they could have avoided it but because they are in this momentum, they took a risk (by sending numbers in the box) that never paid off.”

Ntseki looking at the positives

The most important thing is for us to understand the three types of results. We played this game looking to have a win, and when you don’t win the game, yes, you are disappointed, but you also look at the positives,” the Kaizer Chiefs coach said, as quoted by TimesLive.

“The positives are that we had very good ball possession, we had very good tactical movements going forward in shifting play and changing points of attack.

“And it’s hard work for the players to get into those goalscoring positions. It’s for them to understand our approach in attack.”

Kaizer Chiefs are improving – Rhulani

“It’s going to be very difficult. Contrary to what the results may suggest. We are playing against a very good side, a very improved Chiefs team.” – Rhulani Mokwena said as quoted by IOL.

“We want to try to win every match at Mamelodi Sundowns. Regardless of whatever advantage or disadvantage we may have.”
