‘We draw, draw, draw’ – SuperSport coach Hunt

SuperSport United coach Gavin Hunt has missed out on second position. The outspoken boss has blamed too many draws.

AmaZulu stood in the way of SuperSport United last night, leaving coach Gavin Hunt very frustrated.

The team known as Matsatsanta a Pitori could have been in second place today. Unfortunately, the team in blue managed a 1-1 draw with AmaZulu on Saturday night.

Speaking to the media after the game, SuperSport coach Hunt, admitted that his team have had so many chances to seal second place on the log.

“Well, we have been missing second position for the last four games,” Hunt said after the game.

“And we should be six, seven points clear in second position. We are missing it because we draw, draw, draw, so what can we do? But you know, with the squad we’ve got and the youngsters we’ve got, we are doing okay, but it is what it is,” the SuperSport coach added.

So, when is the next opportunity? According to the PSL schedule, the Tshwane giants are looking ahead to the capital derby.

SuperSport coach Hunt will be training his side for Mamelodi Sundowns. The match is coming on Tuesday. Kick-off will be at 19:30 from the Lucas Moripe Stadium.
