Have Mamelodi Sundowns already won next season’s DStv Premiership title? The champions’ new Brazilian looks exceptional. As revealed by the 2016 CAF Champions League winners this month, the 24-year-old Costa has signed from Belgian side SK Beveren where he scored 11 goals and made eight assists in 33 games last term. Speaking via Sundowns media, Costa said: “I am really excited to be here. I cannot wait to dance to the sound of the drum that encapsulates the yellow nation,” he added. Ribeiro became Rhulani Mokwena’s third signing of the window after Lesiba Nku from Marumo Gallants and Junior Mendieta from Stellenbosch FC. According to coach Mngqithi, PSL and CAFCL defenders should be worried.
