Seema on new job at Sekhukhune

Lehlohonolo Seema is wearing the new colours of DStv Premiership club Sekhukhune United. Here are his first words in red.

Following the poor spell under Brandon Truter, Sekhukhune United decided to make a replacement.

In came Lehlohonolo Seema.

Having lost 4-2 to TS Galaxy on penalties in the Carling Knockout quarter-finals in early November, Sekhukhune announced Brandon Truter’s departure via X.

“There is obviously a lot ahead of us and therefore I have to hit the ground running,” Seema told his new club.

“I don’t want to make any promises except to offer my work ethic and dedication to the club and its supporters,” he added.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank the chairman Simon Malatji for having afforded me an opportunity to lead the team.

“I’m most appreciative of how the negotiations between my management team and the club were handled in a respectable and candid manner,” the new Sekhukhune mentor concluded.

Meanwhile, The next fixture for Babina Noko is the CAF Confederation Cup battle against Libya’s RSB Berkane on Sunday, 26 November.
