Sekhukhune find Truter’s replacement

DStv Premiership outfit Sekhukhune United have made a decision to appoint Lehlohonolo Seema as Brandon Truter’s successor.

Following the latest loss to TS Galaxy, Brandon Truter left Sekhukhune United.

SEKHUKHUNE UNITED REPLACE BRANDON TRUTER WITH LEHLOHONOLO SEEMA

Soon after the 4-2 to TS Galaxy on penalties in the Carling Knockout quarter-finals a fortnight ago, Brandon Truter’s exit from Sekhukhune United was announced via X.

According to SABC Sports, former Polokwane City coach Seema will be the man to lead Babina Noko forward.

“Sekhukhune United are set to appoint coach Lehlohonolo Seema this week with the club’s away CAF Confederation Cup group stage opener his first assignment,” the report said.

“The former Polokwane City mentor takes over from Brandon Truter, who was officially sacked last week, with SABC Sport earlier revealing Seema as the favourite to land the job after being shortlisted alongside other candidates.”

Meanwhile, Sekhukhune are placed in 11th spot with three wins, two draws and five defeats in 10 games.

The next fixture for Babina Noko is the CAF Confederation Cup battle against Libya’s RSB Berkane on Sunday, 26 November.
