Orlando Pirates transfer latest: Three strikers likely heading out of Mayfair!

Ndumiso Mabena has made his sensational return to Orlando Pirates but it may come at a cost as these three strikers are heading for a likely exit out of Mayfair.

Ndumiso Mabena has made his sensational return to Orlando Pirates but it may come at a cost as these three strikers are heading for a likely exit out of Mayfair.

Eva Nga, Kwame Peprah and Terrence Dzvukamanja are all likely to leave the Bucs in January with the arrival of Mabena increasing the likeliness of these strikers leaving, according to Goal.

Therefore, do not be surprised to see at least two, if not, all three of these strikers leave the Bucs this January.

Nga, Peprah and Dzvukamanja are facing a likely exit out of Mayfair this January. Especially, with the arrival of PSL veteran Mabena.

Jose Riveiro and Bucs management recently confirmed that they will be cutting down their squad to focus on players who they will be using more frequently when the DStv Premiership returns. Furthermore, we can deduce the players likely to face the axe based on this fact.

Nga has only played six games for the Bucs, starting just one game.

However, he has failed to impress under Riveiro and he is well down the pecking order with Kermit Erasmus, Deon Hotto, Monnapule Saleng and Zakhele Lepasa preferred up front.

Meaning, Peprah and Dzvukamanja are in the same boat as Nga. Bothe men are struggling for gametime and this is unlikely to change as they sit below the same pecking order.

Furthermore, Evidence Makgopa is likely to be unleashed on the PSL and used more regularly upfront.

Therefore, we can expect to see Erasmus and Saleng prominently used on attack with Makgopa likely to feature more regularly when the DStv Premiership returns.

Pirates are in action against defending PSL champions and rivals Mamelodi Sundowns on 30 December. Kick-off is at 15:30.
