Former Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns star Andile Jali looks set to venture into coaching following his playing career.

Jali joined Swallows FC at the beginning of the season, and he’s not only contributing at the club just on the field of play!

According to reports, Andile Jali recently took charge of a Swallows FC reserve team coaching session!

“It’s nothing hectic. It was just a good experience for AJ to train with the boys. He is still much focused on his career at Swallows.” a Swallows official told KickOff regarding Andile Jali taking charge of a reserve team training session.

In other news, the former Buccaneers midfielder, who represented the club between 2007 and 2011, has confirmed his desire to coach in the Premier Soccer League.

Joseph Kamwendo has obtained his necessary coaching licences and is currently coaching back home in the Malawi top flight at Bangwe All Stars.

“Whether it’s as an assistant coach at a Premiership side or I can start as a head coach at a Motsepe Foundation side. I am well qualified to coach there.” Joseph Kamwendo told SoccerLaduma.

“I know and respect the requirements of coaching in South Africa. So I had to prepare myself first before saying I am ready for that.

“Now, I can say ‘I am ready’. I would be very happy if I can be given the chance at my former team Orlando Pirates but I wouldn’t mind coaching any other team.”
