ORLANDO PIRATES TRANSFER OF THE DAY

Today’s featured transfer is a legend who scored a late winner to make Buccaneers league champions in 2011. Remember Isaac Chansa? Of course you should.

The Zambian arrived in Soweto from Power Dynamos in his homeland in 2004 when he was aged 20. Chansa proceeded to play three seasons in a black shirt before earning a move to Sweden’s Helsingborgs IF in 2007.

BACK IN ORLANDO

After three seasons in Scandinavia, Chansa was back as a Buccaneer in 2010 and it seemed he was just back for trophies. He lifted the two league titles, the Telkom Knockout and MTN8 in two years, before a surprise move to HN Jianye in China.
