Orlando Pirates: Ncikazi on why the remaining games are all cup finals

It’s that time of the season where only coaches call every match a cup final. This time it’s Orlando Pirates’ Mandla Ncikazi.

Orlando Pirates now have seven more PSL games remaining, and to Ncikazi’s eyes and the most passionately demanding fans, all of them should be wins.

NCIKAZI CONFIRMS MASSIVE ORLANDO PIRATES EXPECTATIONS

So the mighty Buccaneers are yet to lift a trophy to the sky and pop champagne this season, but there is still a special opportunity: The CAF Confederation Cup where Pirates face Tanzania’s Simba SC in the quarter-finals.

Additionally, another available prize is finishing second in the DStv Premiership to secure a place in the CAF Champions League next season.

“The remaining seven matches should be cup finals for us,” Ncikazi said via The Sowetan.

“While we have Caf commitments we still have to concentrate on the Premiership and try to get second spot if it is possible,” he added.

WHY THESE SEVEN PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO LEAVE PIRATES
