Orlando Pirates star finds new position interesting

After playing as a right back against Moroka Swallows and TS Galaxy in the past two games, the 30-year-old Makaringe views the change as just playing football.

“A very interesting role indeed, well for me it’s just playing football and playing for the team,” the former Maritzburg star said via iDiskiTimes.

“I’ll be honest with you when my employer employed me they didn’t tell me I was coming to play a certain position. They employed an employee who was gonna be ready to work in the team, so for me playing in that position it’s not unfamiliar.

LONG PREPARATION

“We’ve prepared for a long time ago, and I’ve always been prepared to play anywhere so it was just me coming in and play.

“It’s a very complicated spot when it’s played by people who make football very difficult but lucky for me I play with players that understand the game even better.

“So I knew very well that it wouldn’t be much of a train smash for me coming in because I’m playing with people who understand the game and more of about me going in applying myself in a proper way,” the Pirates star concluded.
