A player that has been linked with a blockbuster move to Orlando Pirates, has for the first time spoken out!

Bathusi Aubaas has long been linked with a blockbuster move to the Buccaneers.

Further adding to the confusion, the Bafana Bafana debutant was strangely listed as an ‘Orlando Pirates’ player on the South African official team-sheet last week.

Following that ‘error’ by SAFA, Aubaas has been forced to clear the air!

Orlando Pirates target sets record straight

“I’m going to leave my future to my agent and chairman Tim Sukazi because now people are calling me left, right, and centre. And this it’s putting a lot of pressure on me.” Aubaas said in an interview with Radio 2000 as quoted by FarPost.

In other news, Orlando Pirates have reportedly won the race to sign Marumo Gallants winger Katlego Otladisa!

The Buccaneers have long been linked with the speedy winger, and reports suggest they’ve finally landed their man!

According to the latest transfer rumours, Jose Riveiro’s side were competing with no less than three other PSL teams for Otladisa’s signature!

“Sekhukhune United enquired about his availability as they strengthen for continental football, but the player reportedly wasn’t keen.” a FarPost report read.

“AmaZulu were also interested in the right winger as well as their Durban rivals Royal AM. Orlando Pirates have also been chasing the talented attacker for a while.

“According to sources close to the deal, negotiations between the two clubs, Gallants and Pirates are progressing quite well.”
