Orlando Pirates are making good progress with two major Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns targets, both from relegated Maritzburg United.

22-year-old playmaker Karim Kimvuidi 22-year-old Rowan Human are the names in question. Kimvuidi in particular has attracted interest from Mzansi’s biggest clubs who are all vying for his coveted signature. Any club who signed Kimvuidi would see it as a major coup, not only because they’d be getting one of the PSL’s most exciting talents, but also because they’d be depriving their major rivals of that honour.

Orlando Pirates ready to welcome Otladisa

In other transfer news, the Sea Robbers are on the verge of completing a deal for another relegated player, Marumo Gallants winger Katlego Otladisa. So far, the MTN8 and Nedbank Cup champions have brought in goalkeeeper Melusi Buthelezito bolster their options between the sticks. The club are also believed to be on the lookout for a new striker, with efforts to sign Ranga Chivaviro looking to be in vain.
