Axed Orlando Pirates attacker set for DStv Premiership return

Months after being released by Orlando Pirates, a former attacker is set to return to the DStv Premiership after the FIFA break

Recently departed Orlando Pirates striker Ndumiso Mabena looks set to complete a return to the DStv Premiership.

The veteran striker has been linked with a move to Polokwane City during recent weeks and the latest reports suggest he’s set to sign a short-term contract at Rise and Shine.

Mabena has been training with the Polokwane based side and will reportedly make his debut after the ongoing FIFA international break.

Ex Orlando Pirates striker to make DStv Premiership return

According to local publication Kick-Off, Ndumiso Mabena will make his debut for Polokwane City after the international break after reaching a short-term agreement with the club.

In other news, former Kaizer Chiefs and Swallows defender Yagan Sasman has completed a move to Swedish second tier side AFC Eskilstuna.

Sasman joined the Glamour Boys after impressing at Ajax Cape Town (Now Cape Town Spurs) in 2019.

After a two year spell at Naturena, Sasman went on to join Swallows where he came a regular player at the club.

The 27-year-old defender has since completed a move to Europe!

AFC Eskilstuna have completed the signing of Yagan Sasman on a free transfer. Sasman parted ways with Swallows at the end of last season.
