It was a Saturday afternoon to forget for Kaizer Chiefs when they were handed a 4-0 hiding by champions Mamelodi Sundowns at Loftus Versfeld. For Sundowns, it was a massive statement, with newly-signed forward Nasir scoring the final winning goal with fifteen minutes to go before full time.

The 22-year-old Ethiopian striker took a superb strike with his left foot for an exceptional start at his new club. The finish was certainly eye-catching, but Nasir’s speed in reaching the through ball, as well as his ball control in the box made it a very special goal.

The defeat saw Kaizer Chiefs slump to 11th in the 16-team log with just three points thanks to one win and two defeats.
