We need to take our chances – Maleka

“We just played them, I think two weeks ago in a league match. Their build-up is very slow.” Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila assistant coach Mpho Maleka said ahead of his side’s clash against Mamelodi Sundowns.

“They use more wing play and if they don’t get a chance on the side, they change to go through the middle so they are more patient on the ball and they use it wisely and there are football runners all over in attack. So, technically they are more organized, and they need one to prepare well to not allow them space and time on the ball and press them high up.

“So it’s a matter of us, when we get the chance to take them against a side like Mamelodi Sundowns and deny them the ball because remember, we are only using one ball on the field of play, so once you don’t give them the ball, of which we have been working hard on that because it has been our challenge of not losing the ball, keeping the ball possession more because we know that we can score at any time, that’s where you know you can have a chance of getting past this quality side.”
