Alexandre Santos and Pitso Mosimane respectively. With Abha’s relegation, Mosimane might now be more available. Pushing Chiefs to consider him over Santos.”

Sundowns Coach Rulani Mokwena’s Perspective

Amidst the coaching changes, Mamelodi Sundowns’ coach Rulani Mokwena has expressed his willingness to support beleaguered Kaizer Chiefs coach Cavin Johnson. Johnson’s interim term ended on a sour note with a 2-0 defeat to Cape Town Spurs. Leaving Chiefs in 10th place and out of the MTN8 next season.

“I will reach out to him personally, not for headlines but out of genuine support,” Mokwena said, after leading Sundowns to their seventh league title in a row.
