Kaizer Chiefs are set for crunch contract talks with star man Keagan Dolly.

Dolly joined the Glamour Boys in 2021 as a free agent and reports suggest the Amakhosi are open to extending his contract at Naturena.

In 64 appearances, Dolly has found the back of the net 14 times while assisting 11 more.

According to insiders, the Motaungs were expecting more from the former Mamelodi Sundowns star however injuries have plagued him at Naturena.

Dolly is reportedly one of the highest earners at Chiefs however his new contract is set to be significantly lower, considering his contribution at the club as well as his age.

“Look I think we have enough quality in the team, I just think they have not been given enough opportunities as individuals and I think the way we assess them, or the way we analyse them as part of the Chiefs family,” Johnson told iDiskiTimes

“I think that needs to be a little better between myself and my coaching staff. Because then we can give them more, they can be more positive towards themselves.

“If you did come to Kaizer Chiefs as an average player, then we will make you a better player. I think we need to get in their skin right now and there are good players.”
