Kaizer Chiefs legend spotted at Naturena! Sensational return imminent?

The Glamour Boys appear to be keen on bringing a number of their former players back to Naturena as part of preserving the club’s culture.

Kaizer Chiefs legend Reneilwe ‘Yeye’ Letsholonyane has reportedly been spotted at Naturena over the last few weeks, and his return could be imminent.

According to Soccer Laduma, Yeye was approached alongside former teammate and friend Siphiwe Tshabalala by Chiefs in June.

The aim was to bring the two Amakhosi legends back Naturena where they have reportedly been offered different roles.

However, Shabba appears to be undecided on the reported offer while Yeye could be edging closer to a sensational return to Chiefs.

According to the publication, Yeye has been helping out with various coaching aspects with the Amakhosi development teams.

Yeye is a qualified coach who continues to equip himself with knowledge and experience since his retirement from football.

Nonetheless, the 40-year-old former Bafana Bafana midfielder is yet to sign a contract with Chiefs, according to the report.

According to the source, the dreadlocked former Bafana Bafana midfielder has been a regular at the village, where he has been helping out with various coaching aspects with the club’s development teams.

The source further explained that the 40-year-old has not signed any contract with the club as yet.
