Kaizer Chiefs to raid Stellies again?

According to local reports, Kaizer Chiefs are interested in Stellenbosch’s creative midfielder Nhlanhla Mgaga. After having already raided the Winelands club for Sibongiseni Mthethwa earlier this year, they’re keen to go back to Steve Barker’s team again. There are also reports that Amakhosi want to sign Stellies left-back Fawaaz Basadien.

“They are looking at strengthening the attacking part of their team. You have seen that the team has a good defensive midfield and now they want to balance it with the attacking midfielders that’s why they are looking at Nhlanhla (Mgaga) from Stellenbosch FC,” the report read on SoccerLaduma.

“I don’t know whether they have talked to Stellenbosch already or if it is just for the team structure to discuss it first but they are monitoring him,” the source added.
