Gonzalez could link up with Ngezana

Siyabonga Ngezana made the jump from the PSL to Europe not so long ago. After a slow start to his FCSB career, he’s become an important player for the Romanian giants, making six appearances in the Romanian SuperLiga this term. FCSB currently lead the standings, three points ahead of CFR Cluj. @AlexScoutRo on X reckons FCSB are now looking at Efmamjjasond Gonzalez. The Colombian has made an underwhelming start to his Chiefs career, failing to score so far and not making the matchday squad in either of their two matches.

The Glamour Boys face up to AmaZulu on Saturday 21 October in the Carling Knockout Cup first round. Kickoff is at 18:00 from FNB Stadium. Next on the agenda is a tricky-looking league encounter away to in-form Golden Arrows on Saturday 28 October at 20:00. Chiefs welcome Cape Town Spurs to FNB on 8 November at 19:30 when nothing less than three points will be demanded by supporters. Then it’s the big one against Orlando Pirates on 11 November at 15:30. Another Soweto Derby against Swallows follows that on 26 November.
