CHIEFS INVITE THREE NEW PLAYERS TO JOIN THEM IN EUROPE

Ironically, ex-Bucs player, Bongani Sam has joined Chiefs in Turkey, according to recent reports on The South African. Moreover, this comes amidst recent reports linking the former Pirates player with a shock move to Amakhosi.

“Orlando Pirates are understood to have given defender Bongani Sam the greenlight to discuss personal terms with Kaizer Chiefs. SABC Sport can reveal the two parties have reached an unprecedented agreement that would see a player move between the two Soweto giants should he pass a medical and have the finer details ironed out,” the report read on SABCSport.

OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFETIME FOR AMAKHOSI’S TEENAGE SENSATIONS

Meanwhile, two teenage youngsters from Chiefs DStv Diski Challenge have recently been spotted training with Amakhosi

“Kaizer Chiefs’ talent Siphesihle Tati is currently training with the senior side as he is being assessed by the coaching team. iDiski Times received information that the midfielder is currently training with the senior side, and he is under the assessment and watchful eye of Fernando Da Cruz, who will soon be announced as the assistant coach. ‘Zizo’, as he is affectionally, known had a good season in the DDC last season, carrying the Amakhosi side alongside Neo Bohloko, and helping them to finish in the top four,” iDiskiTimes wrote.

Additionally, Nkosana Mbuthu is the latest new face to be spotted in training. So, Sam is expected to be unveiled by Amakhosi soon. Whilst, Tati and Mbuthu have an opportunity to impress management. Therefore, they could both earn first team contracts if they excel during Chiefs’s pre-season tour of Turkey. It will be interesting to see which of these mean Nasreddine Nabi will sign.
