NGEZANA IS EARNING ADMIRERS IN FRANCE

Siyabonga Ngezana, once a youth product at Kaizer Chiefs, has become a key figure for Romanian giants FCSB. The impressively versatile star moved there in June for a figure around the €600k mark (roughly R12 million). According to SoccerLaduma, however, Chiefs could be about to earn even more if a few dominoes fall into place.

FCSB owner Gigi Becali has insisted that he won’t sell Ngezana for anything less than €7m which is roughly R142 million, with rumoured interest from France’s Ligue 1. With a reported 10% sell-on clause inserted into his FCSB contract, Chiefs could earn R14 million more should Ngezana move anywhere for that alleged fee. Ngezana has a goal and an assist from 13 appearances for his new club to date.

KAIZER CHIEFS ADD MORE NAMES TO THEIR TRANSFER SHORTLIST?

Baroka defender Tebogo Moerane has attracted interest from Amakhosi, according to SoccerLaduma, and the club is also monitoring Chippa goalkeeper Stanley Nwabili. These two players are the latest names added to an increasingly long shortlist. Last week, according to The Citizen, 28-year-old goal-scorer Walter Bwalya is available on a free transfer.
