The Kaizer Chiefs attacking unit just hasn’t clicked yet under Arthur Zwane.
The attacking unit has yet to click into gear which is evidenced by their lack of goals. The entire Amakhosi side has scored just five goals in seven matches across league and cup in 2022-23.

Khama Billiat and Keagan Dolly, former teammates at both Ajax Cape Town and Mamelodi Sundowns, have played a combined 14 matches so far (13 starts, plus Dolly’s appearance off the bench against AmaZulu). In that sample of matches, the pair of them contributed just one goal (Dolly) and one assist (Billiat).

With Leonardo Castro having left the club and Billiat and Dolly so far struggling to recreate last season’s form, the Chiefs attacking output has dropped off drastically. Zwane could really do with a bit more from his two senior attackers who boast undoubted pedigree and experience.
