We’re only in the first week of June and Kaizer Chiefs have been all over the transfer news. Looking at the squad, more deals are coming.

Kaizer Chiefs have released nine players and transfer-listed one, while only three signings have been confirmed. Let’s take a quick look at which squad positions Amakhosi need to fill up by July.

As it has widely been reported across Mzansi and Africa, the Glamour Boys have so far signed Siyethemba Sithebe, an attacking midfielder from AmaZulu, as well as the Stellenbosch duo of Zitha Kwinika (central defender) and Ashley Du Preez, a center forward.

Will Kaizer Chiefs make any announcements this week? We certainly expect so, especially the likes of Mmodi, Maart, Zungu, and Ngoma, while the Swallows trio of Mahlatsi, Solomons, and Matlou are expected to first conclude the PSL Promotion / Relegation Play-Offs next week.
