PSL side to hijack Kaizer Chiefs target?

AMAZULU JOIN KAIZER CHIEFS IN THE RACE FOR THABO CELE

Following the long-standing interest in signing Bafana’s Thabo Cele, Usuthu have now taken a step to towards luring the Poland-based midfielder to the Durban giants.

According to iDiski Times, AmaZulu are ready to do battle for the 26-year-old’s signature, and just a week after signing Rowan Human who was linked with Amakhosi.

“AmaZulu are set to tussle with Kaizer Chiefs yet again and could hijack the move of Thabo Cele, whose club in Poland, Radomiak Radom say he has no future with them.

“He made it clear then that he won’t have an issue to be playing in the PSL for the first time in his career, having left SA shores at the age of 19 in 2016, even though his deal in Poland only expires next year.

“But, according to talk in Poland, his club don’t see a future with him after they added another player in his position ahead of this coming season,” the report added.

AMAKHOSI MOVE HOME MATCHES TO POLOKWANE

In other reports, Amakhosi will be popular in Limpopo again next season.

Johannesburg’s FNB Stadium will continue to be not-so-homely next term.

In the build-up to the brand new DStv Premiership season, Amakhosi have decided to move away from the FNB Stadium.

According to Unplayable, Ntseki’s side will play three home matches at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.

The fixtures comprise the newly-promoted Cape Town Spurs in November, TS Galaxy in February as well as SuperSport United next April.

“Kaizer Chiefs’ 3 matches that they’ll host at the new Peter Mokaba Stadium this season. Confirmed. Cape Town Spurs (8 November), TS Galaxy (13 February) & SuperSport United (23 April),” the outlet reported.
