Reports: Kaizer Chiefs make offer for hot West African striker

Kaizer Chiefs could be confirming a deal with an in-form Cameroonian striker that is making waves in Ghana.

Reports out of Ghana say Amakhosi have made a bid for Asante Kotoko‘s Franck Mbella Etouga. The 20-year-old striker caught the PSL giants’ eye after delivering 20 goals in 27 games in the Ghanaian Premier League.

According to the well-known Ghanaian journalist Nuhu Adams, Chiefs have put money where their mouths are by forwarding an offer.
“Kaizer Chiefs have officially submitted an offer to Asante Kotoko for the services of Cameroonian striker Franck Mbella Etouga (20) ahead of next season,” Adams reported.
“Etouga has been lethal in the Ghana Premier League this season having netted 20 goals in 27 matches this season,” he concluded.
REPORTS: CHIEFS COMPLETE ANOTHER DEAL
In another report from Adams, the Ghanaian has claimed that Chiefs have completed the signing of Orlando Pirates target Pule Moddi.
According to Adams, the Glamour Boys have now signed the 29-year-old attacking midfielder from the Free State town of Theunissen.
Mmodi’s deal is said to be a two-year contract, with an option to extend for a year.
