Former Chiefs star gets Swallows job

A former Kaizer Chiefs and Bloemfontein Celtic defender is back in the DStv Premiership, this time as a Swallows assistant coach.

There are many ways to come back to the DStv Premiership. This former Kaizer Chiefs left-back has returned to coach Swallows FC as an assistant.

FORMER KAIZER CHIEFS DEFENDER DITHEKO MOTOTO JOINS SWALLOWS FC

Following Musa Nyatama’s appointment as head coach in recent months, the former midfielder has called on his ex-Celtic teammate Mototo to be his number two.

The news was announced by Swallows via social media on Monday morning.

“Swallows FC would like to welcome Ditheko Mototo as an assistant coach. He joins Musa Nyatama’s technical. Welcome to the Nest coach. #SwallowsFC,” the Dube Birds said.

Mototo’s previous assistant coaching gigs were at Celtic (reserve team), Maritzburg United, and Royal AM.
