Kaizer Chiefs fans will love this. A former player has echoed the popular view that says Amakhosi are a top club when it comes to professionalism.

Dominic Isaacs should easily be remembered by most fans after spending four years at the Soweto giants, where he also lifted the Telkom Knockout.

The naturally super cool and calm central defender has revealed why the club helped him play even more relaxed on the pitch come matchdays in front fans that averaged 30 000 at the stadium and millions on the TV screens.

“At Chiefs, they give you everything,” Isaacs said in the latest edition of Soccer Laduma.

“They give you everything for you to perform. So as a player, ebusuku, lala baba, lala (get proper rest). That’s my advice.

“Everything is run professionally, you are escorted to a game. Uyibona phi lento? You goto camp the afternoon of the day before the game, after training.

“They look after your diet. There are doctors on sight. 

“There’s physios on site. Wena ushota ngani nje? Ushota ngoku performer nje,” the Mitchells Plain-born player added.
